TOHATSU CORPORATION started manufacturing reliable outboard Motors for Japanese fishermen in 1956. They have been manufacturing engines for Mercury & Mariner for 26 Years. Most of Outboards relied upon by some of the largest rescue organisations in the UK are manufactured in JAPAN by TOHATSU. Today all of MERCURY & MARINER 4-Stroke Engines up to 30HP are manufactured by TOHATSU in Japan.

In January 2005, Tohatsu opened a new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in the mountainous area of central Japan that boasts over 370,000 sq. ft. of space and has a production capacity of over 200,000 outboards per year. Tohatsu's new plant uses technologically advanced machinery that is fully automated to produce reliable outboards with award winning reputations.

We treat the powerhead (Under the Hood) to a Anti Corrosion Spray which leaves a protective film on the important parts of your new engine.

We carry out your first service Free Of Charge, this includes giving the engine a final check over as per the Service Schedule to keep your warranty intact. We will Change Oil & Filters in both the Engine & Gearbox aswell as checking the engine over once more.
